Uzin KE 66 is a resin-free water-based dispersion adhesive, specially formulated for bonding PVC floors, luxury vinyl tiles (LVT), and rubber flooring, providing high shear strength and firm grip. It is the perfect solution for projects requiring maximum hygiene and clean indoor air quality, as it reduces emissions and meets the highest environmental standards.
The adhesive has a very short open time, allowing for fast and efficient installation. Its strong formulation minimizes residual indentation in resilient flooring while delivering exceptionally high final strength. It is suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, such as hospitals, shopping centers, industrial facilities, and areas with castor chair traffic in compliance with DIN EN 12529.
Uzin KE 66 is ideal for:
- Homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC/CV flooring in sheets and tiles.
- Rubber floors up to 4 mm thickness (smooth or textured), such as norament®, noraplan®, noraplan® acoustic.
- Enomer floors (e.g. Upofloor Lifeline®).
- Installation over flat, absorbent, primed substrates, and compatible with underfloor heating systems.
It is available in 14 Kg packaging, with consumption of approximately 280 g/m². The open time is 5-10 minutes for tiles and 15-25 minutes for rolls, with a working time of 10 minutes. It can be loaded after 24 hours, while final strength is achieved in 3 days. Seam sealing or welding can be carried out after 24 hours.
With an application temperature range of 15°C to 25°C (ideal: 20°C and 65% RH), Uzin KE 66 is the ultimate choice for professional installations, ensuring long-lasting stability, safety, and durability.
