For regular cleaning simply wipe the surface gently with a soft cloth dampened with lukewarm water and a mild neutral soap Avoid rubbing with force as this may distort the texture or gloss of the material After cleaning wipe dry with a clean cloth and allow the fabric to air dry naturally away from direct sunlight or strong heat sources For stain removal always start cleaning from the outer edges toward the center to avoid creating a halo effect and treat according to the type of stain Coffee tea or milk stains can be removed by blotting and washing with mild soap in warm water Ball-point pen marks respond best to cleaning with a solution of ethyl alcohol around 20 percent Chocolate sweets or fruit residue can be removed with a sponge and warm water up to 40 °C and a small amount of gentle soap Oil or grease stains should first be covered with talc powder to absorb the excess then brushed off and cleaned with perchloroethylene Shoe-polish stains can be treated with perchloroethylene or diluted ammonia solution up to 10 percent
