Uzin KE 2000 SL is a high-quality, conductive acrylic dispersion adhesive, solvent-free, with low filler content and reinforced with conductive fibers to ensure uniform spreading and reliable conductivity. It is designed for professional indoor applications requiring antistatic protection and compliance with strict safety and hygiene standards.
It is especially suitable for:
- Conductive rubber coverings in rolls up to 3.5mm thick, with smooth or grooved backings.
- Conductive homogeneous PVC coverings in sheets and rolls.
The adhesive is compatible with underfloor heating systems, areas subject to castor chair traffic (DIN 68 131), and is resistant to wet cleaning and spray cleaning.
Supplied in 14 Kg plastic containers (light grey color) with a specific weight of 1.2 g/l, its consumption is approximately 300-350 g/m² depending on application. Tack time is 10-20 minutes, application time 45-60 minutes, load-bearing after 24-48 hours, and full strength achieved in 5-7 days. Escape resistance is < 3 x 10⁵ Ω (DIN 53 276), guaranteeing excellent conductivity.
