The Clay carpet plank is an innovative flooring solution made of 100% Solution Dyed Nylon, available in 250 × 1000 mm planks, with Tufted 1/12 gauge loop construction and a pile weight of 600 g/m². It comes with EcoFlex™ Statera backing (7.1 mm thickness, 4,495 g/m²) or EcoFlex™ Echo backing (9.2 mm thickness, 4,700 g/m²).
Clay Create is engineered for heavy commercial use (Class 33, LC2), with castor chair suitability A, dimensional stability ≤0.20%, antistatic properties, and fire classification Bfl-s1. The EcoFlex™ Echo version enhances acoustic comfort, offering impact sound reduction up to 32 dB and improved sound absorption, making it ideal for modern offices, hotels, conference halls, and exhibition spaces.
Its artistic and playful character comes from the random lay pattern and shifting colour spectrum, creating dynamic transitions and mix-and-match possibilities with other Rudiments collections.
Clay Create is ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 certified, with GUT Prodis (5E8698AB), and a low embodied carbon footprint of ~8.77 kg CO₂-Eq. With significant recycled content in its backing, it contributes to sustainability and eco-responsibility.
