Neocarpet’s professional methods ensure deep cleaning, fiber protection, and color preservation, using eco-friendly, hypoallergenic detergents and state-of-the-art equipment. If you prefer to clean your carpet at home, follow these simple steps for safe and effective care. Start by thoroughly vacuuming or shaking the carpet to remove dust and debris. Use a low-foam carpet shampoo, diluted according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and gently scrub the surface with a soft brush, avoiding excess water. Once cleaned, roll up the carpet and place it at a slight incline to allow proper drainage — ensuring it doesn’t crease or deform. When drying, choose a shaded and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, to maintain the carpet’s original colors. Make sure air circulates underneath as well, and ensure the carpet dries completely within 24 hours. A warm, breezy day is ideal for faster and safer drying. For high-value or commercial carpets, Neocarpet is the most trusted choice.
