The Charlotte collection by Ezzo features premium-quality rugs with an embossed surface, distinctive sheen, and refined texture. The Soft Extra Shiny Heatset PP & Shrink Polyester composition combines the durability of Heatset polypropylene with the distinctive texture and visual effect of Shrink Polyester, creating an impressive surface with varying levels and subtle visual contrasts.
The 10 mm pile height, high density of 504,000 points/m², and total weight of 2,000 g/m² provide a dense, high-quality construction with a pleasant underfoot feel. The woven backing enhances overall durability, while specialized yarn treatment promotes rapid pile recovery, making the collection suitable even for heavy domestic use.
Special yarn treatment helps reduce the absorption of everyday stains, making cleaning and maintenance easier. Charlotte rugs are washable, antistatic, antibacterial, and flame-retardant. Their antistatic properties help reduce static electricity and consequently limit the attraction of dust, lint, and small particles to the surface.
They are also environmentally and pet friendly, safe for the living environment, and suitable for people with wool allergies. The rugs are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified, having been tested for harmful substances according to the requirements of the German Oeko-Tex Institute.

Proper care and cleaning of rugs are essential to keep them clean, hygienic, and durable over time. For optimal results, it is recommended to trust Neocarpet Carpet Cleaning Services (+30 2130904444), where specialized cleaning, sanitizing, and drying procedures are applied, tailored to every type of rug, from wool rugs to handmade pieces.
Neocarpet’s professional methods ensure deep cleaning, protection of the fibers, and preservation of the rug’s natural colors through the use of eco-friendly, hypoallergenic products and modern equipment. If you choose to clean your rug at home, carefully follow the steps below for safe and effective cleaning.
Begin by thoroughly vacuuming or shaking the rug to remove dust and debris. Use a low-foam carpet shampoo, diluted according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and clean the surface with a soft brush without using excessive amounts of water.
Once the cleaning process is complete, roll the rug and place it at a slight angle so that excess water can drain evenly. Make sure that the rug is positioned in a way that prevents the roll from creasing or becoming deformed.
For drying, choose a shaded and well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, to help preserve the rug’s colors. It is important to ensure adequate air circulation underneath the rug as well, while the drying process should be completed within 24 hours. Ideally, choose a warm day with a natural breeze for faster and safer drying.
For valuable rugs or carpets used in commercial spaces, Neocarpet is the most reliable choice. With many years of experience, modern expertise, and specialized personnel, Neocarpet offers comprehensive rug cleaning, sanitizing, and storage services, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and professional care.
